Lululemon Sues Calvin Klein

Drama, drama, drama in the yoga/fashion world! Check out this article about how Lululemon Sues Calvin Klein for copying a design of their yoga pants. My first reaction was "aren't all yoga pants extremely similar anyway?" but when I see the diagonal designs in the fabric on the pants below, it's true that I immediately think LULULEMON. Couldn't Victoria Secret sue Target along with many other large retailers for the fold-over yoga pants too then? Seem so uncharacteristic of the yoga culture to sue. I guess business is business!
